A newly redesigned and replanted large front garden with a rear garden of lawn and borders with pond giving onto a wooded bank above the old railway line. Plenty of seating for teas, coffee and lovely cakes; table tennis too! The front garden includes some raised vegetable and cutting beds, a small soft fruit area and a greenhouse. Contrasting larger beds of hot and cooler colours flow in a yin-yang circular design, with rusted metal edging by the Henfield blacksmith. Plant sales.
